Our programs and services are designed to address various needs, including teaching accountability, forgiveness, post-trauma and traumatic coping, healing, life skills, housing, community engagement, and community development. We offer personalized programs, wrap-around services, and a variety of resources to meet the immediate needs of individuals.

Our programs are tailored to serve people of all ages, starting from 12 years old, with no maximum age limit. Whether you are a youth, adult, senior, or a parent, we have specialized programs to support you on your journey towards a positive and fulfilling life.

Mental Health Awareness Program
Bigg Boii Status is a mentorship program that serves youth and young male adults by helping them see a brighter version of their impending future. It's an accountability program that meets these young men's life skills, job development, and educational needs. Each young adult is paired up with a rover leader/mentor and will have access to that mentor for the program's life and beyond.
Homeless Ministry
Susie's Angels is a homeless ministry that provides temporary to permanent support for families and individuals falling into hard times. We offer clothes, monthly meals, and housing to those in need while they have a chance to plan and execute their next moves. Our current focus is two new facilities being built by June 2023, which will give our clients the support they need from housing while offering wrap-around services, from education to mental health resources. Our clinical support team assists each enrollee based on their assessed needs.
Breaking Barriers
At Beyond Expectations, we are committed to supporting individuals who have experienced the challenges of re-entering society after incarceration or facing barriers to employment due to a criminal background. Our Re-Entry Employment Program is specially designed to provide a path to meaningful employment, allowing our clients to earn a living wage and achieve career advancement. Our core purpose is to empower our clients to achieve full-time, sustainable employment that allows them to advance in their careers.
Parenting Resources
Empowering Young Parents aims to empower young parents ages 13-25 to pursue their dreams while also molding them into responsible parents. We want to provide each young parent with accessible resources they can use to take care of their children and themselves simultaneously. We also hope to offer these parents housing and transportation to care for their needs and get back on their feet. We currently hold parenting courses and training to help these young parents transition into young, healthy adults who can better manage parenthood and adulthood.
